[K-Recommendation] Recommended Eateries in Seongsu, Seoul - Gyukatsu

Today, I'd like to introduce some delicious places I visited in Seongsu.
There are so many tasty spots in Seongsu, but if you have time, I recommend visiting the places listed below.
Gyukatsu Jeong

• Business Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Break time 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM / Last order at 2:30 PM, 8:30 PM)
Gyukatsu Jeong Seongsu branch is located about a minute?
away from Exit 4 of Seongsu Station, making it very accessible.
Reservations can also be made onsite through Catch Table,
so I recommend making a reservation in advance through Catch Table before your visit
Oh, and Gyukatsu Jeong is located on the basement 1 floor. 😃
At Gyukatsu Jeong, you order through a kiosk with prepayment before taking your seat.
The menu mainly features gyukatsu, including basic, egg rice bowl, and cafe set meals.
I ordered two sets of the Gyukatsu Tamago Tendon set meal. 😃
A large stone plate for two people to share is provided,
and the stone plate is oiled and the solid fuel brazier is quite powerful! 🔥🔥🔥
The crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside gyukatsu... appeared brilliantly.
And the tamago tendon soy sauce egg rice is impossible not to be delicious, with an incredible harmony with the fried egg.
Personally, although it's not visible in the picture above, the soup was very spicy and tasty!
When the gyukatsu arrives, don't put the meat on the grill right away.
Make sure the grill is sufficiently heated before placing the meat!
It's written that way, and the sizzling sound when you place the meat is just wonderful. 🤗
By the way, if the solid fuel runs out before you're done grilling, just let them know, and they'll replenish it for you.
Also, rice, soup, and cabbage are refillable, so there's no need to stuff yourself to the brim!
